Job Description
As a member of the patient care team, you will assist providers and nursing staff with daily office duties including, but not limited to, answering phones, responding to patient messages, patient call-backs, assisting providers, referrals, scheduling, and prior authorizations.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and respond to patient messages
- Conduct patient call-backs
- Assist providers with daily tasks
- Handle referrals and scheduling
- Process prior authorizations
- Educate patients on procedures and care
- Verify insurance information
- Manage electronic medical records (EMR)

Work Environment
You will be working in an internal medicine office with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM. The office uses EPIC systems, which is a huge plus for candidates with EPIC experience. The organization offers endless opportunities for growth, including transfers and promotions into management roles after a certain period of time.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00
