**Job Summary:**
Actalent is seeking a Production Quality Assurance Coordinator to support our team in ensuring the highest level of quality and food safety in our production processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and verifying critical control points, performing equipment calibrations, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and FSMA regulations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor and verify critical food safety, quality, and process control points
- Perform QC equipment calibrations, including production scales and temperature checks
- Adhere to GMPs and FSMA regulations by following procedures, participating in training, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of high school diploma required; associate or above preferred
- Experience in laboratory setting and/or food production environment preferred
- Knowledge of HACCP and GMPs preferred
- Verbal and written English skills
