Duties

  • Respond to incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize effective phone etiquette to maintain a positive customer experience throughout each interaction.
  • Document all interactions in the customer support system accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall service quality.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings to provide informed assistance to customers.
