We're growing so we're hiring! We're looking for Account Coordinators to help our Account Managers serve our clients. This position has been the starting point for some of the most successful members of our account team who evolved into senior level positions. After a short on-site training period, remote working opportunities are available as well.

Account Coordinator Job Role
Organizational skills are a must as you will be balancing multiple projects on an ongoing basis. Daily duties include
- Content gathering
- Proofreading
- Entering client projects and media requests into agency software
- Interfacing with other agency departments
- Social media maintenance
- Other duties as requested by your account team partners
Desired Skills and Experience
Some experience within an advertising agency or related industry (media buying firm, TV or radio station, etc.) helpful but not required. An energetic and outgoing personality, great communication skills, attention to detail and a large dose of good-old fashioned common sense is required.
