Overview
Looking for dispatcher for a busy HVAC company. Looking for a candidate who is able help our office manager and owner with various tasks as well as keep up with scheduling our tech jobs. Our company is growing and this position requires the person to be willing to change with the growth.

Duties will include but not limited to:
- · Answering phones professionally
- · Data Entry and verification
- · Scheduling / Dispatching multiple technicians
- · Arranging routes efficiently
- · Maintaining professional composure under pressure
- · Checking messages and responding accordingly
- · Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and coworkers
- · Filing
- · Assist owner and office manager with tasks
- · Call previous customers to schedule maintenance appointments
- Light sales
Requirements/Qualifications:
- · Be a self-starter
- · Detail oriented
- · Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- · Have a good work ethic
- · Be able to work well alone, unsupervised and as a team
- · Be reliable and consistent in attendance as the team depends on each other
- · Be stable and desire stability
- · Be extremely fluent in navigating through programs, windows and multiple tabs
- · Have a knowledge of the valley map
- · Be able to type quickly
- · Have a compassionate and pleasant attitude
We are located near the I17 and 101 - This is not a work from home position.
