Payroll Specialist
Our firm prepares payroll for many small businesses using QuickBooks Payroll. This position works directly with clients to systematically prepare payroll, make tax deposits, and prepare payroll reports. Additionally, this position will assist bookkeepers with basic bookkeeping activities as well as filing of Wa state excise taxes, for small businesses.

Job Opportunity Requirements
Applicant must possess
- 1 years of progressive payroll experience using QuickBooks software.
- Experience doing company excise taxes, payroll and basic bookkeeping.
- An AA in accounting or equivalent experience
