A company is seeking a Bilingual Japanese / English HR Generalist to join their team in Torrance, CA. This position is responsible for talent acquisition, onboarding of new hires & expats, employee relations and investigations, training development and compliance with HR-related legal requirements, benefits administration, and administration of HR policies and procedures. A bachelor’s degree, 3 years of Human Resources experience, and the ability to speak, read, and write Japanese is required. This is a full-time, hybrid, exempt position, plus bonus, with excellent benefits and 401k.
- PHR or SHRM-CP designation is a plus but not required
