Activate Inc. Event Strategy

As an Event Producer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing event strategies for Activate Inc.

Responsibilities include:

1. Developing comprehensive production documentation, including statements of work, work-back schedules, budgets, artwork approvals, operations manuals, metrics reports, expense reports, and post-program recaps.
2. Managing the Run of Show against deadlines, ensuring that the crew is well cared for and allotted necessary breaks.
3. Effectively handling vendor management, including scoping work, negotiating price and contract terms, and ensuring quality control.

Requirements:

• Strong critical thinking skills in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in task management or project management software (Asana is a plus).
