WHAT THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE ENTAILS :
Schedule :
You typically work 35-40 hours per week which consists of 3 full days (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday) and 2 half days (Tuesday & Friday) between 7 : 30 AM and 6 : 30 PM.
Day-to-Day :
As our New Patient Coordinator - Front Office Assistant, you'll be the first face and voice our patients encounter, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, assisting with paperwork, managing appointments, handling phone calls and inquiries professionally, scheduling patients, and maintaining a clean reception area. You'll also ensure all new patients attend appointments and provide monthly KPI reviews. With scripted calls and thorough training, you'll confidently help new patients start their health journey smoothly and effectively.
Qualifications :
Having customer service experience is desirable!
