What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist position at Acton Toyota of Littleton?
We are currently looking for a Front Desk Coordinator / Receptionist who has strong customer service skills to answer and route incoming calls, take thorough messages, and provide basic information to customers calling into the dealership or coming in for a visit.
Candidates will be required to perform any other administrative duties as requested to meet the needs of the business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receptionist operates multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
- Page employees for callers when requested
- Keep written records of who is on hold, know who the caller was holding for if the call comes back
- Review sales schedules daily, and keep abreast of who is in and who’s not
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customer to appropriate individual for resolution
- File documents in alphabetical or numerical order
- Perform various clerical duties
- Other duties as assigned
Our ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. Success does not hinge on precise work experience although clerical experience is a huge plus.
Requirements:
- Multi-line telephone experience.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, changing environment
- Strong multi-tasking abilities a must
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Previous clerical/office experience is helpful
- Excellent communication skills; must speak in a clear, pleasant manner
- Professional personal appearance, must convey a professional image at all times
- Good organization skills, attention to detail
- Must be willing to submit background check and drug screen
