We are looking for a multi-talented individual to work in one of our Branches! A rare opportunity to manage the success of the location and facilitate the continued growth within the market.
We handle everything from PM Inspections, DOT Inspections, repairs, tires and more! We work within the transportation Industry that is always changing and growing.
Summary:
Assist in maintaining customer relationships. Acts as a liaison between customers, technicians, and other staff. Maintains consistent workflow with scheduling of appointments and contacting existing customers to schedule appointments in time frames based on their vehicle’s needs.
Qualifications:
- Must have 1 year of experience in management and leadership or majoring in management.
-Service writer knowledge preferred
-Mechanically Inclined preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must be self-motivated
- Flexible with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High level of professionalism and enthusiasm, as well as an evident customer service attitude
