The candidate possesses strong experience across one or more of these functions - origination, underwriting, portfolio monitoring, credit risk, loan operations, and treasury management.
Experience driving strategic outsourcing/offshoring initiatives, transformation programs, platform migrations, and post M&A integrations would be ideal.
To be successful in this role the candidate should have good knowledge of the banking and financial services landscape, be a strong sales hunter and develop strong client relationships. KEY RESPOINSIBILITIES:
- Run high-quality enterprise sales cycles within Banking, including:
- Identify and initiate new sales opportunities by prospecting for new clients for Commercial Banking business unit.
- Grow existing client relationships into strategic partnerships.
- Leverage existing client relationships and networks to generate commercial interest.
- Generating demand and qualifying clients and prospects.
- Create compelling value propositions mapped to client business needs.
- Negotiate and close complex agreements.
- Own quota to be attained by selling consulting & outsourcing services to client accounts
- Pitch to the front office COO/Head of Corporate Banking/Chief Credit officer/Chief Risk Officer/Chief Compliance officer/ the CXO level to build a broad vision of strategic long-term partnership.
- Attend industry events and conferences representing Acuity Knowledge Partners.
- Leverage network to make senior connections at regional and global banks.
- Guide strategy and new solutions within our lending services vertical
- Provide accurate forecasts and pipeline information to management.
- This position requires travel.
- Graduate degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Sales/Marketing, Engineering, or a related area.
- Hunter DNA: ambition, sense of urgency, confidence, perseverance, optimism, resilience, and the ability and desire to influence others.
- Experience and deep understanding of strategic transformation initiatives in banking in helping C-level executives with run-the-bank and change-the-bank initiatives.
- Profound knowledge of the KPO/BPO industry concerning strategic transformation initiatives relevant to the banking sector.
- Understanding the different stages of running strategic enterprise-level sales cycles and the ability to move from one stage to another.
- Ability to influence key decision-makers during the life cycle of the sales process.
- Strong presentation skills, negotiation skills, and outstanding client relationship management experience
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions.
- Experience in leading sales efforts, proposal development, and closing deals.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, with focus and high attention to detail
