Job Summary:
As a Technology Solutions Advisor (TSA), you will be the driving force behind our client’s acquisition and growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding your clients’ unique business challenges and recommending tailored technology solutions that drive efficiency, productivity, and growth. This role combines strategic sales expertise with a consultative approach, building long-term partnerships with our clients.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Client Engagement:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business goals and technology needs.
- Develop and present customized technology solutions that align with client objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Business Development & Lead Generation:
- Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Qualify leads and assess their suitability for our comprehensive technology solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to uncover opportunities for partnership.
Solution Consulting & Sales:
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our technology solutions, including managed services, cybersecurity, and cloud offerings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Navigate complex sales cycles and close deals effectively.
- Work with our partner network to provide the best solutions for our clients.
Relationship Management & Growth:
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional technology solutions.
- Maintain accurate records within our CRM.
Market Awareness & Industry Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and industry best practices.
- Attend industry events and conferences to expand your network and knowledge.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in technology sales or consulting.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling managed IT services or technology consulting solutions.
- Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP). Existing network of contacts in the business community.
- Experience working with a large partner network.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
