Key Responsibilities
Serve as the voice of ATD Roofing by handling all inbound calls and building lasting relationships with customers.
Understand customer needs thoroughly, offering guidance and acting as a trusted point of contact.
Research and analyze customer properties using inspection photos and satellite imagery to provide insights and discuss potential solutions.
Educate customers about ATDs services and product options, tailoring offerings to their unique needs without overwhelming them.
Draft and revise quotes, including repair and full-replacement estimates.
Collaborate with the field sales team to facilitate pre-qualification for financing and gather necessary job documentation.
Draft inspection reports, maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
Manage scheduling for field sales and operations, resolving conflicts and optimizing appointment times to ensure smooth workflows.
Document all interactions in CRM systems to track progress, support marketing initiatives, and foster long-term client engagement.
Qualifications
2 years of related sales, customer service, or office experience.
Proven success in a sales-driven role with measurable outcomes.
Excellent presentation skills via phone, Zoom, and written communication.
Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering positive client relationships.
Willingness to collaborate regularly with a team and support field operations remotely.
