About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analytics Manager specializing in Digital Marketing Analytics to join our team in the Banking/FinTech industry. This is a critical role, requiring a blend of technical expertise, industry experience, and leadership capabilities. You will lead a team of 5 offshore members and provide actionable insights to enhance digital marketing performance across paid search, paid social, addressable digital, and website analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute analytics strategies to optimize performance across digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, addressable digital, and website analytics.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to align analytics insights with business goals.
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of 5 offshore analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficiency.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through advanced analytics and reporting.
- Leverage expertise in the Banking/FinTech industry to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in marketing strategies.
- Design and present key performance dashboards and reports to senior stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest analytics tools, trends, and techniques to drive innovation in the team.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven expertise in digital marketing analytics, including hands-on experience with platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, SQL, and related tools.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels such as SEM, social media ads, programmatic advertising, and website analytics.
- Experience in the Banking/FinTech industry analytics is mandatory.
- Previous consulting experience is highly preferred.
- Leadership experience managing teams, especially offshore teams, is essential.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Flexibility to work 2-3 days per week from the San Francisco office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, or related field.
- Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics is a plus.
- Familiarity with machine learning and predictive modeling techniques.
