Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm and alternating Saturdays 7am-5pm
Competitive hourly rate plus a generous commissions plan
What you will do:
- Looking up parts for service technicians, service advisors and sales advisors
- Helping retail customers over the phone, retail parts counter and also email/ parts websites
- Taking phone orders from wholesale parts customers
- Receiving parts from factory and outside vendors, unpacking, arranging, and placing items in bins and on shelves when needed
- Stocking accessory displays and cleaning them when necessary
- Processing Warranty parts and returning them to factory when needed
- Scrapping Warranty parts not needed for returns when needed
- Shipping out parts orders with local drivers, UPS, FedEx and LTL freight carriers
- Pulling and shipping back manufacture returns
- Perpetual inventory

What you will need to be successful in this role:
- Automotive dealership parts or technician experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills including professional phone etiquette
- Intermediate computer skills including Excel
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced multitasking environment
- Self-motivated and results driven with a positive team-player attitude
- Must enjoy challenges and interacting with a variety of people and situations
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- DealerTrack knowledge is a plus but not required. Will train
- Prior Hazardous shipping experience is a plus but not required. Will train
- Must be able to work in a close team environment as well as on your own
- Experienced online sales a plus
