The Business Intelligence Analyst II will play a critical role in helping ACV achieve operational and service excellence. This role will report directly to the Business Intelligence Manager and will be on a team that is at the forefront of driving high-impact and decision-influencing insights to various levels of senior leadership. Core mission includes (but is not limited to):

What you will do:
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Deliver ad hoc analytics on a routine basis as a mechanism for refining insights, identifying patterns, and pressure testing decision assumptions.
- Build standardized reports and dashboards in Tableau for use by operational leadership.
- Track and monitor operational KPIs ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, proactively escalating trends, and conducting deep dive exercises as requested
- Organize analytical material in preparation for OKR program readouts and QBRs.
- Support efforts to document business processes, inventory key data elements, and align how we measure what matters.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 years’ relevant progressive experience, preferably in a start-up and/or public company.
- 2 years’ experience in an analytic or business intelligence role.
- Strong experience with excel and/or google sheets
- Strong experience running queries; experience with MySQL a plus.
- Strong experience with exploratory data analysis and demonstrated ability to effectively summarize insights into actionable recommendations for senior management.
- Experience with data visualization / dashboarding tools like Tableau
- Highly organized, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks on time sensitive schedules.
- Ability to navigate conflicting business needs and work collaboratively towards a win-win solution.
- Ability to inspire internal teammates to rigorously drive value for our customers.
- Agility and flexibility to respond quickly to change in business needs.
