The Business Intelligence Analyst II will play a critical role in helping ACV achieve operational and service excellence. This role will report directly to the Business Intelligence Manager and will be on a team that is at the forefront of driving high-impact and decision-influencing insights to various levels of senior leadership. A multi-faceted problem solver, this role is at the forefront of understanding how various operations teams will navigate ACV’s rapidly growing business portfolio; bringing a zero-ego appetite for value-add change.
What you will do:
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Deliver ad hoc analytics on a routine basis as a mechanism for refining insights, identifying patterns, and pressure testing decision assumptions.
Build standardized reports and dashboards in Tableau for use by operational leadership.
Track and monitor operational KPIs ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, proactively escalating trends, and conducting deep dive exercises as requested
Organize analytical material in preparation for OKR program readouts and QBRs.
Support efforts to document business processes, inventory key data elements, and align how we measure what matters.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
What you will need:
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Bachelor’s degree required
2 years’ relevant progressive experience, preferably in a start-up and/or public company.
2 years’ experience in an analytic or business intelligence role.
Strong experience with excel and/or google sheets
Strong experience running queries; experience with MySQL a plus.
Strong experience with exploratory data analysis and demonstrated ability to effectively summarize insights into actionable recommendations for senior management.
Experience with data visualization / dashboarding tools like Tableau
Highly organized, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks on time sensitive schedules.
Ability to navigate conflicting business needs and work collaboratively towards a win-win solution.
Ability to inspire internal teammates to rigorously drive value for our customers.
Agility and flexibility to respond quickly to change in business needs.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually. Please note that final compensation will be determined based upon the applicant's relevant experience, skillset, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law.
