The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new leads, managing existing customer relationships, and ensuring accurate project scopes and proposals. This role collaborates with internal teams to drive sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads with potential customers that align with Ad Light Group’s production capabilities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive referrals and repeat business.
- Provide detailed and accurate project scopes for seamless execution.
- Work closely with the estimating team to ensure clear project information, designs, and measurements.
- Create precise proposals that meet estimating team budgets and company markup requirements.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop complete and accurate design packages.
- Work with the Project Manager to ensure a positive customer experience during production and installation.
- Oversee project closeout, including customer approvals and job costing.
- Manage GC Pre-Qualifications and assist with sales and performance bonds as needed.
- Communicate with finance and accounting teams regarding insurance and contract requirements.
- Notify the project team if a kickoff meeting is necessary.

Pay: $72,746.00 - $83,286.00 per year
