Looking for a highly motivated, self-starter with initiative, POSITIVE energy, and a PEOPLE person who understands and genuinely LIKES people. This person must be energetically able to help people realize the tremendous benefit and relative low cost of our high-end, top-quality services.
We specialize our practice in teeth-in-a-day, ALL-ON-X, and full-arch implant restorations. We have an in-house lab and expert doctor on staff. We aim to bring our skills and smiles to more people in Hampton Roads and the region.
Our candidate and prospective new team member must realize that we are not in the business of "teeth." You would be helping people find their self-confidence, self-esteem, and hope! You are helping people regain their life. They all want that back. You aren't selling something they don't need or want. You would be just helping them realize that they are worth it, now is the right time, and we are the perfect office for them.
Daily duties include but are not limited to the following :
- working with other sales team members to communicate and coordinate leads.
- aggressively contacting leads that come into the office through text, email and phone.
- Scheduling consultations
- Meeting prospective clients in consultations
- Selling our services and gaining new patients.
- Coordinating and communicating with admin staff regarding leads and scheduling.
- Securing financing for leads working with inside and outside financing policies.
- Closing leads and converting them into patients.
- Saving detailed notes on leads and lead management.
- Reporting to sales team manager, admin manager, COO and practice owner.
Typical hours of work :
Monday to Thursday 10am to 7pm
Friday 8am to 1pm
As a sales specialist you are required to return lead calls at a time desirable for the prospective client.
