Adam’s Pest Control - Nisswa office, is currently hiring a Seasonal Scheduling Agent. This position can be either Full-Time or Part-Time.

General Tasks:
Schedule pest services for customers
Plan and schedule services as necessary
Manage & optimize technician's schedules and routes
Build customer relationships
Provide service solutions for customers
Contact customers to respond to inquiries
Schedule:
April - October 2024
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
This role does provide some flexibility.
General Requirements:
16 years or older
Customer service experience preferred
Proficient computer and phone skills
Strong typing skills (at least 45 WPM)
Background in telecommunications is highly preferred, but not required
Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
Authorized to work in the U.S.
