Position: Scheduling Coordinator
Hours: Mon - Fri, 7:30am - 5:00pm (hours may vary)

Job Responsibilities
- Daily data entry and paperwork assembly
- Daily appointment confirmation calls to customers/dealers, including but not limited to the following: setting install dates, confirming appointment arrival times for templates and installs, verifying site conditions and requirements for templates and installs
- Using scheduling software (ActionFlow) to process and maintain appointments daily
- Submittal and upkeep of countertop production requests via Microsoft Outlook
- Assist in preparing manifest slips for the transportation department
- Assist customers via phone and via email, with questions and concerns regarding template and install appointments
- Have working knowledge of product information and company processes (training required)
Qualifications
- Background in manufacturing, production and/or construction trade. (preferred)
- Detail oriented
- Follow department policies and procedures to problem solve
- Organization and ability to multitask
- Some administrative background
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced work environment
- Time management and communication proficient

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
