Fragrance Sales Associate

ADAMIS GROUP Is seeking an experienced Beauty Advisor with Fragrance experience in a retail department store environment. Our luxury fragrance house client is looking for 15 hours per week to support multiple beauty retailer doors in Kearny, Clark Commons, Bergen Town Center, and American Dream.

MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY AND IMPORTANT HOLIDAY SHOPPING DATES (BLACK FRIDAY, CHRISTMAS EVE, DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS, & NYE DAY).

Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Beauty retail sales associates with a strong Fragrance background to join our team. The Beauty retail Fragrance Specialists primary responsibility will be to drive retail fragrance sales. Your expertise in the Beauty industry and fragrances combined with your passion for retail sales will enable you to meet and exceed sales targets while creating a delightful shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively approach retail customers and engage them in conversations to understand their beauty and fragrance needs.
• Employ persuasive retail selling techniques to upsell and cross-sell fragrance products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty and fragrance trends.
• Conduct interactive product demonstrations and trainings to retail sales associates.
• Collaborate with the store management team to develop and implement retail sales strategies, promotions, and events to drive fragrance sales.
• Maintain a visually appealing and well-organized beauty retail space and fragrance section, ensuring that products are prominently displayed and regularly restocked.
• Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall profitability of the store.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Retail sales, preferably in the beauty industry, cosmetics, or retail industry, with a focus on fragrance sales.
• A strong passion for beauty and fragrances and a deep understanding of scent families, notes, and fragrance composition.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment like Macys, Sephora, and Ulta.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to meet customer demand.
• Familiarity with different fragrance brands, their product offerings, and competitive landscape.

Experience:

• Luxury Fragrance Sales: 1 year (Required)
