About Us:
Magic Auto Sales has been in business for over 10 years and is one of the busiest used car dealerships in our area. With a diverse inventory of over 300 quality pre-owned vehicles, we offer a wide range of makes and models to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Make 40 phone calls daily to follow up on leads, connect with potential customers, and maintain relationships with previous clients to drive repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing questions and concerns professionally.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, and financing options to help customers make informed decisions.
- Post advertisements on social media to promote inventory and attract potential buyers.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times.
Qualifications:
- Authorized to work in the USA.
- Valid and clean state driver’s license.
- At least 1 year of experience in car sales.
- Strong customer service and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with customers, team members, and management.
- Bilingual proficiency is a big plus.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with minimal supervision needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
