• 125,000 - $195,000 base salary, plus $2,000 quarterly bonuses for meeting billable targets

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including trial preparation, depositions, discovery, court appearances, and legal writing.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research using platforms such as Westlaw or Lexis.
• Handle cases involving family-business disputes in collaboration with the team.
• Build strong relationships with clients while delivering high-quality legal service.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
• JD. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in litigation experience
• Proven ability to prepare pleadings, motions, and make court appearances.
• Experience in discovery processes, including depositions.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Family law experience and trial preparation are pluses.
