Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including trial preparation, depositions, discovery, court appearances, and legal writing.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Conduct legal research using platforms such as Westlaw or Lexis.
- Handle cases involving family-business disputes in collaboration with the team.
- Build strong relationships with clients while delivering high-quality legal service.
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in California.
- JD. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in litigation experience
- Proven ability to prepare pleadings, motions, and make court appearances.
- Experience in discovery processes, including depositions.
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Family law experience and trial preparation are pluses.
