Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Real Estate Legal Assistant to join a law firm downtown Minneapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, revise, and maintain organizational documents and closing checklists.
- Coordinate attorney-client communications and provide regular status updates to the team.
- Assist with deal closings, post-closing matters, and tracking key deadlines.
- Manage and update electronic client files and calendars.
- Process invoices, reimbursements, and document comparisons.
- Form entities and obtain required certificates from government agencies.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of legal administrative experience, ideally in real estate.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work well in a team.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with FileSite or similar software.
- Experience with Box or cloud storage tools preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and work on a computer for extended periods.
