Job Title: MainFrame Delivery Lead
Location: Lansing, MI (Day-One onsite)
Duration: Full-Time
Job Summary:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
· 8 years of experience in mainframe systems, including architecture and DB2 database management.
· Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of large-scale mainframe projects.
· In-depth knowledge of DB2 on mainframes, including experience in database tuning, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
· Strong expertise in mainframe architecture, including experience with IBM zSeries, COBOL, JCL, and CICS.
· Familiarity with mainframe modernization approaches, such as API integration, cloud compatibility, or hybrid solutions.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex technical challenges.
· Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Certifications:
· IBM Certified Database Administrator - DB2
· ITIL Foundation Certification
· PMP or other Project Management certification
