Job Title : Mainframe Delivery Lead - Architecture & DB2 Database Expertise Location : [Lansing, MI] Onsite Full Time Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. 8 years of experience in mainframe systems, including architecture and DB2 database management. Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of large-scale mainframe projects. In-depth knowledge of DB2 on mainframes, including experience in database tuning, performance optimization, and troubleshooting. Strong expertise in mainframe architecture, including experience with IBM zSeries, COBOL, JCL, and CICS. Familiarity with mainframe modernization approaches, such as API integration, cloud compatibility, or hybrid solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex technical challenges. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
