What You’ll Do
- Contribute to shaping our ambitious program of product features, technical debt reduction, and scalability improvements
- Coach and mentor a team of software engineers
- Deliver solutions for our clients, drive software delivery and improve engineering processes
- Collaborate with partner teams across Addepar to deliver impactful results for both internal and external clients
Who You Are
- Extensive experience of software engineering experience.
- Previous experience of leading software engineering teams, preferably in a platform engineering context
- Experience or interest in financial technology
- A great communicator adept at working with cross-functional partners
- You value developing people and coaching engineers to succeed.
- Experienced with managing software projects throughout the SDLC, improving team agile processes, estimation and project planning
