About the Role:
The Human Resources Generalist plays a crucial role in supporting the overall mission of Evolve by managing various HR functions within the Health Care Services industry. This position is responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and implementing effective HR policies and procedures. The HR Generalist will serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries and concerns while promoting employee engagement and retention. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with management to identify staffing needs and facilitate recruitment processes. Ultimately, the HR Generalist will contribute to the development of a skilled and motivated workforce that aligns with the organization's goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in the health care industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment software.
- Familiarity with employee training and development programs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
