About Our Client:
Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support the Executive team. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will play a key role in managing daily office operations and providing crucial administrative assistance to leadership.
Job Description:
This role is responsible for managing the daily operations of the administrative office, supporting the General Manager and Director of Finance & Administration, and ensuring the office environment is organized and efficient. You will assist with a variety of tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling communications, onboarding team members, and maintaining office supplies and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Director of Finance & Administration.
- Greet visitors and manage the front desk.
- Answer and route calls to the appropriate departments.
- Oversee office maintenance and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Executive Team.
- Assist with onboarding new team members.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office equipment.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and assist with special projects.
- Support HR with I-9 verification and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Administrative/Office Management experience.
