About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established organization with multiple business entities, seeking an HR Generalist to support HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
Job Description:
The HR Generalist will assist with onboarding, leave management, compliance, and vendor relations. The role ensures employee data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and supports the HR team across various business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding/offboarding, I-9s, E-Verify, and employee records.
- Oversee leave of absence processes and ensure compliance with federal/state laws.
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings and drug testing compliance.
- Support DOT compliance and MVR programs.
- Handle vendor relations, billing, and ensure accurate pre-employment processes.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of HR generalist experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with HRIS systems, onboarding, and compliance.
