Senior Credit Collections Analyst

Our client is looking to add a Senior Collections Analyst to their growing team!

Location: Mclean VA- hybrid, in office 4x/week

Salary: $100K bonus potential (depending on experience)

Job Description:

Data Analysis:

• Analyze revenue reports, trends, and forecasts to identify opportunities for growth.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and identify overdue accounts.

Collections Management:

• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts.
• Communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment plans.
• Negotiate payment terms with clients as necessary.

Reporting:

• Prepare and present regular reports on revenue performance and collection activities to management.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve processes.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth revenue recognition and collections.
• Assist in the resolution of customer disputes related to billing and collections.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in revenue and collections workflows.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in revenue management.

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all revenue and collection activities.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all collections efforts.
