Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 (DOE)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Landscape Architect to join a growing team in Phoenix. This role focuses on managing and executing high-density, mixed-use residential, senior living, multifamily, and church landscape architecture projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage landscape architecture projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with architectural project teams to deliver high-quality designs.
- Create irrigation designs and construction documents tailored to the Southwest region.
- Guide and mentor junior team members to foster professional growth.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in landscape architecture project management.
- Expertise in irrigation design and construction documentation.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit experience is a plus).
- Registered Landscape Architect.
- Strong understanding of Southwest plant materials, construction details, and specifications.
- Exceptional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Schedule
- Four 9-hour workdays and a half-day on Fridays.
- One potential remote day per week (not Monday or Friday, must be consistent weekly).
