We are seeking an experienced and dedicated team member with strong data mining and analytical background and skills, who can accurately analyze/process numerous reports containing large amounts of data in a timely manner. Must be able to communicate effectively, both written & verbally, thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage large work volumes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly updates and analysis of our Credit Card promotional balance transfers and campaigns
- Provide weekly and monthly reports for our new Credit Card accounts
- Daily review and reconcilement of our Credit Card fraudulent claim packages
- Build, run and efficiently maintain ad hoc/data mining reports as needed/requested by management (using various tools/languages such PowerBi, SQL, Excel VBA, etc.)
- Complete daily review and analysis of our ATMs’ Cash Levels
- Review, analyze and process the various Digital Services department vendor invoices
- Maintain and perform profitability analysis of credit and debit card portfolios
- Examine and report on cardholder behavioral patterns, usage trends & other statistical data
- Analyze KPIs and provide results for our Credit cards and Debit cards Onboarding program (such as activation, utilization, penetration, digital wallet activity, etc.)
- Forecast and place the weekly ATM cash orders for our entire ATM Fleet
- Perform monthly ATM cash levels & residual cash analysis
- Create and oversee various departmental statistical reports & procedures
- Provide phone support for credit union staff
- Assist with the review, automation and efficiency of current reports and processes
- Serve as a backup for multiple departmental responsibilities
- Participate in special assignments/projects as needed
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Qualifications include a four year degree in business, accounting, or finance and/or equivalent experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (ie Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Financial Institution, SQL/PowerBi and/or research/analytical experience a plus.
