Immediately Hiring: Program executives and Project Coordinators
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management within the Developmental Disabilities industry and possess a strong understanding of the neuro-diverse Community.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are completed efficiently.
- Assist in creating project schedules, and timelines.
- Collaborate with program and executive directors.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
Experience:
- Worked with regional center;
- Worked in service navigation/supports;
- Experience in analyzing and reporting data;
- Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is a PLUS;
- Required Skills:
- Self starters;
- Can do attitude;
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish, English/Mandarin, English/Vietnamese, English/Punjabi etc (highly preferred)
- Can meet project deadlines;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work 6 day work weeks a MUST

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
