Mann Hummel- HR Generalist

We have a HR Generalist contract role - Partner with the local Operations to ensure adherence of HR processes and procedures. Provides successful experiences across the employee full life cycle, engagement, productivity, and retention to support business growth and enforce company values.Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Law or Vocational training in similar field, HR Certification a plus3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in manufacturing environmentExcellent computer skills to include experience using MS Office Suite, Outlook, Excel and HRIS; HR-ADP experience preferred.Excellent organizational skills with strong diligence and accuracy regarding documentation, presentations, and dataMust possess a strong knowledge of office administrative tasks, Human Resources processes, and knowledge of local and federal labor regulations.Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills; strong empathy and people skills; confidentiality a must.Bilingual in English and Spanish preferredExperience in performance management, conflict management and employee relations.Must adhere to all safety processes and procedures.Ability to manage from strategic development to purposeful execution.Critical thinking and critical thinking skillsMust be able to read, interpret, understand, and follow instructions, product labels, safety rules, operation and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and schedules.Creates resourceful recruitment strategies using metrics to attract, source, and recruit talent to strategically support business growth and values of the company.Creates internal and external job advertisements, web postings, digital footprint.Issues warning letters for disciplinary actions and other individual Team Member communication.Manages regular yearly processes to include salary increases, tenure service awards, creating organizational flyers and announcements for electronic communication.Keeps up to date with any labor law, legal and HR changing requirements.Pay Details : $25.00 to $26.83 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
