Job Overview

The Marketing Campaign Manager will oversee and coordinate the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a deep understanding of marketing strategies and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning and Execution

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with product, sales, creative, and digital teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with brand strategy.

Budget Management

Develop and manage marketing campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing ROI.

Performance Analysis

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on campaign progress and performance.

Market Research

Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities that inform campaign strategies.

Compliance and Best Practices

Ensure all campaigns comply with industry regulations and best practices.

Minimum Requirements (Must-Have Qualifications)

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing campaign management, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.

Skills :

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.

Global Experience

Must have experience running global marketing campaigns.

Collaboration Skills

Experience working across multiple marketing departments and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in cybersecurity.

Certification in digital marketing or project management.

Cisco experience is a plus but not required.

Additional Information

This role reports to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing within one of Cisco’s rapidly growing businesses.

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work across stakeholders, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and deliver measurable results.

The hiring process will be conducted via Webex interviews.

Pay Details :
