RESPONSIBILITIES :

The Chicas Program Manager will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Chicas Program, ensuring that its objectives align with Adelante Mujeres mission and strategic priorities. The Chicas Program Manager designs and leads best practices, policies and procedures that support an employee-oriented, community-centered and culturally responsive program. This position involves managing day-to-day operations of the Chicas program which spans across three school districts and approximately 700 participants annually from elementary to college level. The Chicas Program Manager is responsible for maintaining data integrity, supporting program evaluation, developing the program budget, ensuring timely submission of grant reports, and collaborating with development to secure program funding. Other responsibilities include, but limited to :

• Lead the development and execution of the Chicas Program's strategic vision, ensuring alignment with program benchmarks as outlined in the logic model.
• Oversee the delivery of culturally responsive programming across three school districts in Washington County, ensuring measurable outcomes.
• Foster effective and professional communication with all stakeholders, including team members, partners, volunteers, and participants.

The Chicas Program Manager reports to the Associate Director of Education. The Chicas Program Manager supervises Chicas Program Coordinators and Family Support Facilitator.
