POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Integrated Health Manager manages the Integrated Health Services Program as well as all aspects of behavioral health and dietetic integration with Adelante Healthcare. It is responsible for the supervision, recruitment, training, and development of Integrated Health Services Team Members. This position may also keep one patient care day each week, allowing the role to continue to serve our clients in the health centers and work with other internal and external resources in meeting / achieving client service needs.
