We are recruiting now for an internship position starting June 5, 2023 - August 4, 2023!

Title: Operations Intern

Company/Location: Doylestown, Pennsylvania - this will be a hybrid position.

Department/Discipline: Operations

The Operations Intern provides general support to the project management staff with field management, set-up, compliance, and other related functions.

The Operations Intern responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Project Material Oversight

• Supports project material version control
• Supports materials translations and approvals
  
  

Interview Prep and Logistics

• Supports PM team compiling of homework
• Helps to maintain "best interviews" folder
• Download recordings upon request
  
  

Field Management

• Provide general support to project managers
• Assists with the coordination of client needs (printing, food, etc.)
  
  

Vendor Management

• Assists in vendor calls as needed
• Assists with End of Project reporting regarding vendor performance
• Assists with annual vendor reviews as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Ability to make decisions and take responsibility
• Motivated, pro-active, flexible, accurate and driven
• Ability to work well as a team
• Competency in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills, combined with the ability to multi-task and prioritize potentially conflicting work demands
• Become knowledgeable in related and applicable technologies
  
  

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
