Title: Operations Intern

The Operations Intern provides general support to the project management staff with field management, set-up, compliance, and other related functions.
The Operations Intern responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Project Material Oversight
- Supports project material version control
- Supports materials translations and approvals
- Supports PM team compiling of homework
- Helps to maintain "best interviews" folder
- Download recordings upon request
- Provide general support to project managers
- Assists with the coordination of client needs (printing, food, etc.)
- Assists in vendor calls as needed
- Assists with End of Project reporting regarding vendor performance
- Assists with annual vendor reviews as needed
- Ability to make decisions and take responsibility
- Motivated, pro-active, flexible, accurate and driven
- Ability to work well as a team
- Competency in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills, combined with the ability to multi-task and prioritize potentially conflicting work demands
- Become knowledgeable in related and applicable technologies
- $18/hr - $20/hr
