Reporting to the Branch Manager the Sales and Support Specialist will be responsible for order processing, assisting customers with will call, consultative selling and design assistance. Hiring Salary Range : The typical hiring salary for this role, ranges from USD $14.13 to $26.72 per hour but varies by specific work location. Within a range, Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
Sales Incentive Amount (SIA) : You are eligible to participate in a Sales Incentive Amount (SIA). This incentive is considered variable incentive pay. You can earn an annual sales incentive which is expressed as an amount USD null at target. This amount will be prorated based on your hire date. Attaining your sales targets will allow you to achieve 100% of your variable incentive pay. However, overdriving those targets will enable you to increase your variable incentive pay for the SIA performance period.

JOB DUTIES:
- Provide best-in-class customer service
- Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information, promotions and vendor training
- Place outgoing calls to known or unknown customers based on initiatives and existing work
- Demonstrate use and operation of product and recommend products to customers and answer questions
- Accurately and efficiently, complete all sales transactions which include processing invoices, returns, receiving and processing cash, checks and credit card payments
- Provide information regarding warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of product and delivery options
- Assist in floor moves, product, display maintenance, replenishing product and store housekeeping
- 1 years’ customer service/sales experience
- Proven ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
- Previous Audio Visual Knowledge
- Knowledge of advance networking
- Familiar with and able to program control systems including: RTI, Control4, Savant, Creston, Lutron, Holm, etc.
