Job Summary:

- Provide daily administrative support to the executive team.
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and review mail.
- Make travel arrangements and organize itineraries for the executive staff.
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Supervise and support staff in the executive office as needed.
- Business School education or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Schedule ).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic office equipment operation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
