Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to food safety standards.
- Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to minimize waste.
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Prepare high-quality dishes with attention to presentation and flavor.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
- Monitor food quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary to meet standards.
- Assist in planning and executing banquet events, ensuring all aspects of service are executed flawlessly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations.
- Experience in menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
- Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with staff and members.
- A degree or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred but not required.

Pay: $21.42 - $25.00 per hour
