Summary :
The main function of the Compliance Specialist is to ensure company-wide compliance operations are planned and effectively executed.
Job Responsibilities :
- Work with legal, privacy and product leadership teams (including company executives) to ensure the cross-company work on regulatory priorities is planned, implemented and executed in an efficient & effective manner.
- Align necessary cross-functional business strategies to ensure success in operational execution.
- Drive greater consistency of process, practices, and execution across company-wide privacy workstreams.
- Project manage and prioritize work based on urgency and complexity while building operational cadences across technical and operational teams to coordinate work.
- Set priorities, multi-task and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace.

Pay Transparency : The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is : $60.00 - $65.00 per hour. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
