HR Manager - Workforce Planning

Payrate: $35.00 -$40.00/hr

Job Description:

• Strong Workforce Planning background with a record of delivering excellent results in a complex, global organization with an effective track record of deployment optimization.
• Exceptional collaboration, influencing, and partnership skills with ability to work in a global environment and drive consensus at various levels in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in running governance structures to facilitate executive decision making.
• Experience working with Position Management is a plus/highly desired.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, able to solve new problems with innovative solutions.
• Great at working in the details and transitioning between a strategic and tactical mindset.
• Not afraid to get deep into the details with data and tactical execution
• Prior consulting or corporate experience focused on using data to uncover insights that drive action and communicating analyses to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Superior strategic and analytical skills with ability to draw key insights from data and develop clear recommendations.
• Experience working with HR/organizational data and systems.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills. Experience building leadership presentations.
• Program and Project management Experience.
• Consulting and problem-solving skills with a track record of success collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in global, matrixed organizations.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, a Master’s degree in Business
• Administration, Finance, Economics, or similar is strongly preferred.
• 5 years of workforce planning, business strategy, or equivalent experience.
• Payments industry experience desired.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5-7 (or more) years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or at least 3-5 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

Pay Transparency:

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $35.00 -$40.00 per hour. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
