Order Fulfillment Specialist

Job Description:
Position’s Contributions to Work Group: As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's operations by managing the order intake process for machine and engine products. You will be responsible for entering orders into the SAP system, coordinating invoicing and subcontractor agreements with dealers, and providing vital support to the sales team to ensure successful order fulfillment. You will be key to maintaining smooth operations and communication between various departments such as sales, accounting, marketing, logistics, engineering, and procurement.
Task Breakdown:
- Entering machine or engine orders into the business order system (SAP).
- Managing multiple order portfolios across various contract programs.
- Coordinating invoicing and submitting subcontractor agreements.
- Providing administrative and operational support to the sales team to assist in sales execution activities.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in computer systems and business software.
- Excellent writing, speaking, and listening communication skills.
- (Desired) Experience with SAP, Onesource, Blue Yonder, or similar logistics/order management systems.
- Familiarity with government invoicing processes, FARs/DFARS, and logistics systems a plus.

This is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position $30 - $33 (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
