We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Controller & Scheduler to support project management, financial oversight, and scheduling operations within our organization. This role requires expertise in cost control, financial management, project scheduling, and risk assessment to ensure accurate budget tracking and project scheduling for various medical device projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial accuracy, managing project schedules, and ensuring alignment with company and client's goals. This role requires working collaboratively across teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Management & Cost Control :
Maintain initial budget performance and status under the guidance of cost control leadership.
Assist in developing and managing project schedules using Primavera P6 / SAP and Microsoft Project (MSP).
Work closely with vendors to resolve invoicing and procurement issues.
Maintain change management logs and risk assessment trackers.
Execute tasks across a wide range of medical device and engineering projects.
Work closely with project managers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements :
Qualifications :
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Behaviors :
Proficient in budget management, capitalization, and financial risk assessment.
Proficient in Primavera P6 / SAP and Microsoft Project (MSP) (training available).
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Accountability : Owning the consequences of your decisions and actions
