Role Overview
As a Cost Controller, you will apply financial expertise to evaluate and manage project costs, ensuring budgets reflect accurate performance forecasts. This role requires independence, strong cost control knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and maintain project budgets and performance forecasts.
- Support change management, cash flow preparation, and cost capitalization.
- Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot invoicing issues.
- Maintain financial trackers, change management logs, and monthly reports.
- Work closely with client and vendor teams to support financial forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably finance, accounting, or in a technical field.
- 2–5 years of experience in cost controls, construction management, or a related field.
Skills
- Proficient in financial risk management, capitalization, and depreciation principles.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
